安庆市宜秀区作为安庆市北扩的“核心”区域和前沿阵地,农村城市化、农民市民化的进程日趋加快,农村社区、尤其是以安置征地农民为主体的农村社区在农村基层组织中所占比重日渐增大。在新形势下,沿用过去农村党建工作的方式方法,收效甚微,照搬照套城市街道社区党建工作的方式方法也难以行得通。在此背景下,宜秀区委不断解放思想,创新党建工作思路,探索农村社区党建工作的模式和路子,有力地促进了和谐宜秀的建设。
