超薄切片和负染色技术检测栉孔扇贝和海湾扇贝病原体感染状况 ,结果表明 :在栉孔扇贝大规模死亡的 7、 8月份 ,病毒检出率分别为 80 %、 10 0 % ,此时 ,病毒感染强度也达到最高 ;而海湾扇贝整个养殖期间病毒感染率和感染强度均维持在较低的水平 ,未出现明显的涨落。二种扇贝均检测到类立克次氏体 (RLO) ,但类立克次氏体的感染率和感染强度均未出现明显的涨落 ,似与扇贝死亡的关系不大。综合分析认为 ,病毒极可能是导致栉孔扇贝大规模死亡的直接病原。
Ultrathin sections and negative staining were used to detect the infection status of Chlamys farreri and Gulf scallop by pathogen. The results showed that in July and August, the detection rates of chlamys farreri were 80% and 100%, respectively. At this time, Virus infection intensity reached the highest; while the Gulf scallop virus infection during infection and the intensity were maintained at a low level, did not show significant fluctuations. In both scallops, Rickettsia-like organisms (Rickettsia rickettsii) were detected. However, no significant fluctuations were observed in the infection rates and infection intensities of Rickettsia-like organisms, which seemed to have little to do with the death of scallops. According to a comprehensive analysis, the virus is most likely the direct cause of large-scale death of Zhikong scallops.
