庆元县食用菌研究所所长吴学谦,根据香菇生长发育对营养物质的要求,在借鉴日本同类产品先进的生产经验基础上,研制成功香菇营养体和添加剂。香菇营养体富含蛋白质、氨基酸、矿物质及容易被香菇菌丝体吸收利用的碳水化合物。添加剂由生长素类物质、易溶含氮有机物、生物活性酶等20多种香菇生长必需的微量元素以及未知促生长因子等多种物质科学制成。香菇营养体和添加剂合用,能完全代替麸皮、红糖、石膏粉三种原料生产香菇,并可再利用20~30%的废菌料,外加培养料总量10~15%的泥土。目前在东瓜山试验场已做过8个批次的对照试验,生产菇木数

Currently in the East melon test site has done eight batches of controlled trials, the number of mushrooms production
