男幼师对幼儿健康成长有着必不可少的重要作用,为了促进社会的进一步发展,不少地方出台政策实施对男幼师的免费培养。在培养探索中新出现一些话题成为大家讨论的热点,文章对免费幼儿师范男生培养研究进行文献综述,从免费幼儿师范男生教育政策、培养模式与机制、培养策略与实践、职业认同与发展、学习动机与现状以及培养意义等方面进行介绍,以期为免费幼儿师范男生培养的研究提供参考。
Male kindergarten teachers have an essential and vital role in the healthy growth of young children.
