中国科学院作为国家科学技术方面最高学术机构和全国自然科学与高技术综合研究发展中心,正按照国家的战略部署,开展知识创新工程试点工作,目标是面向国家战略需求,面向世界科技前沿,加强原始性科学创新,加强战略高技术创新,攀登世界科学高峰,为我国经济建设、国防建设和社会发展做出基础性、战略性和前瞻性的贡献。要实现这个目标,必须要了解世界科学发展的前沿态势,了解中国建设与发展的需求和面临的挑战,中国科学院创新战略论坛邀请国内外的专家与国家决策层的领导同志,邀请世界上知名的科学家、社会学家和企业家来做专题报告。日前,著名经济学家吴敬琏教授做了题为“当前经济体制改革的一些热点问题”的报告,本刊现发表的是根据报告录音整理的文章。——编者
