农村基础教育是我国基础教育体系的重要组成部分,由于历史、经济、地域等原因,形成了农村基础教育影响面大而发展却长期滞后的局面,其中教育经费投入问题被认为是分析和改善这种局面的关键。随着《义务教育法》的颁布实施,越来越多的专家、学者和社会各界人士以研究报告、提案、建议等多种方式就发展农村基础教育提出多方意见。本报告的研究正是在此背景下,基于教育部人文社科基金的资助,对我国农村基础教育的公共投入问题进行研究。
Basic education in rural areas is an important part of China’s basic education system.
