1996年1月至8月,柳钢高炉因原料不稳定造成10多次炉况失常。为了消灭炉况失常现象,确保高炉稳定顾行,9月至12月我们对柳钢原料条件下高炉的合理炉料结构进行了探索,重点是对烧结矿、澳矿、南非矿、越南矿、混合矿的冶金性能进行测定,按照“熟料率要高、冶金性能要好”的要求来确定配矿的比例。通过生产实践和实验分析,我们找到了目前柳钢原料条件下高炉的合理炉料结构,
