朝鲜人民在劳动党和金日成主席的领导下,坚持社会主义道路,各项建设事业取得很大发展,特别在发展教育事业、提高全民文化素质方面,取得了令人注目的成就。在朝鲜,托儿所、幼儿园、小学、中学、大学全部都是免费教育。朝鲜的义务教育年限为11年,即学前1年,小学4年,中学6年,没有完成义务教育者,国家不给安排工作。在管理体制上,托儿所由卫生保健部门负责,从幼儿园到大学,由教育委员会负责。朝鲜城市和农村的幼儿园均分为寄宿制和日托制,家长可根据家庭的具体情况来决定是去寄宿还是去日托。城乡不同的是,城市寄宿制的幼儿,家长可6天接回家一次,而农村要10天才能接回家一次。我们参观的托儿所和幼儿园,环境都很整洁,教育设施都很完备,各种大型活动器具(滑梯、篮球场地、排球场地、小火车、转椅、跳板、火箭、飞机等)

In North Korea, nurseries, kindergartens, elementary schools, secondary schools, universities are all free education. North Korea’s compulsory education period of 11 years, that is, 1 year before school, 4 years of primary school, 6 years of secondary school, did not complete compulsory education, the state does not give a job. In the management system, the nursery is run by the health department, from kindergarten to university, and the Board of Education is responsible for it. North Korean cities and rural kindergartens are divided into boarding and day care system, parents can decide according to the specific circumstances of the family boarding or go to day care. The difference between urban and rural areas is that in urban boarding children, parents can take home once in 6 days and in rural areas take 10 days before they can pick up their home again. We visited nurseries and kindergartens, the environment is very clean, educational facilities are complete, all kinds of large-scale activities (slide, basketball court, volleyball venue, train, swivel, springboard, rockets, aircraft, etc.)
