我们在站修时,发现有较多的弓形制动梁和滑槽式制动梁的槽钢在接近闸瓦托的地方产生横裂纹。据1980年5~9月初的统计,仅制动梁槽钢裂纹的就有40个左右。这就增加了基础制动部分的维修工作量。根据实物观察分析,我们认为槽钢所以在根部产生裂纹(裂纹位置如图所示),一方面是该部分受力较大,另一方面则是由于弓型杆与槽钢组焊时,在弓型杆扁头与槽钢翼
When we were repairing the station, we found that there were more cross-cracks in the channel of the arched brake beam and the chute brake beam near the brake shoe.
