城市肌理是城市文明的标志,受历史长期浸润和积淀而成,与城市的发展相依相存。然而目前中国城市对旧城采取推倒重建式改造,忽视城市固有的文化和规模。由此引发可意向元素缺失、文化延续断层、空间秩序紊乱、居民归属感降低等问题。融合地方智慧的乡土建筑因现代化的发展而渐渐荒凉,如何让旧建筑适应新的生活方式而得以保留?本文通过分析案例的成功之处,在借鉴中寻求一些探索的良机。 Urban texture is the hallmark of urban civilization, long-term infiltration and accumulation of history, and urban development depend on each other. However, at present, Chinese cities have taken the transformation and reconstruction of the old city and neglected the inherent culture and scale of the city. As a result, problems such as the lack of intentional elements, the continuation of culture, the disorder of spatial order and the reduction of residents’ belonging are all raised. The native buildings that integrate the local wisdom are gradually desolate due to the development of modernization and how to keep the old buildings adapting to the new way of life. By analyzing the success of the case, this article seeks some opportunities for exploration through reference.
