用成熟豚鼠原代肝细胞与胎肝细胞(FLC)输注前后采集的重症肝炎血清一起孵育,以氚-胸腺嘧啶核苷(3H-dTdR)标记DNA,观察肝细胞生长时所摄取3H-dTdR量。结果表明,同种胎肝细胞提高重症肝炎血清中肝细胞再生因子(HGF)的活性,并发现HGF活性值在输注FLC后12h达高值,而后逐渐下降,48h后接近输注前水平。
The primary hepatocytes from mature guinea pigs were incubated with severe hepatitis sera collected before and after FLC infusion. The 3H-dTdR uptake of hepatocytes was observed by 3H-dTdR labeling of DNA. the amount. The results showed that allogeneic fetal liver cells increased the activity of hepatocyte-derived growth factor (HGF) in severe hepatitis and found that the activity of HGF reached a high level at 12h after FLC infusion, then decreased gradually, and reached the pre-infusion level after 48h.
