我县是全省11个重灾贫困县之一。自去年年底省委提出实施“龙虎战略”,特别是今年年初,市委在泰来指出了实施“龙年冲出‘虎’群,六到七年加入‘龙’队”的目标以后,更深化了我们对实施农科教结合工作的认识,增强了我们做好这一工作的紧迫感和责任感。为了有计划、有组织、有步骤地实施农科教结合、我们对全县农科教的发展规划、学校(网点)布局、基地建设和资金使用等重要方面进行了统筹考虑和安排。
