在《设备管理条例》发布10周年的时候,浙江省设协、温州市设协分别组织座谈,现将部分参加者的发言摘记于下,从中对贯彻《设备管理条例》10年来设备管理工作取得的巨大成就可见一斑。 一、《设备管理条例》为企业设备管理提供了明确的指导思想和法律依据 常根文(杭州制氧机集团公司):我们企业历来重视设备管理。早在1978年厂里整顿恢复生产时就重点抓了设备完好率,党委书记亲自组织彻底保养设备,建立管理制度,很快就初步扭转了“高举”期间设备遭到破坏的局面。80年代初期即着手搞现代化设备管理,引进TPM理论,外出走访学习先进经验。但那时各搞各的,没有一套规范化的东西,一直到1987年《设备管理条例》颁布,设备管理模式才定型,有了明确的指导思想,任务、要点都很清楚。尤其是设备综合管理、争取良好的投资效益和设
