海虹企业(集团)股份有限公司是海南省首批上市的股份企业之一,公司注册资金为人民币1.95亿元,资产总值7.2亿元,公司拥有合资企业9家,控股、参股企业12家,经营范围涉及化纤、纺织、水泥、房地产、金融、证券等领域。湖南洞庭水泥厂,是湖南益阳市规模最大的水泥生产企业,年生产能力22.5万吨,经济效益较好,资源潜力丰富,水陆交通方便。双方经反复协商,两地人民政府批准,海虹公司以法人股1040万股和人民币500万元作价人民币3千余万元收购洞庭水泥厂。益阳市人民政府因此而成为海虹公司大股东之一。
Haihong Enterprise (Group) Co., Ltd. is one of the first batch of stock companies listed in Hainan Province. The registered capital of the company is RMB 195 million and the total assets of the company is RMB 720 million. The company has 9 joint ventures and 12 holding and equity participation companies. The business scope covers chemical fiber, textile, cement, real estate, finance, securities and other fields. Hunan Dongting Cement Factory is the largest cement production enterprise in Yiyang City, Hunan Province, with an annual production capacity of 225,000 tons, good economic returns, abundant resource potential, and convenient water and land transportation. After repeated consultations between the two parties and the approval of the people’s governments of the two places, Haihong Company acquired the Dongting Cement Plant with a legal person share of 10.4 million shares and RMB 5 million at a price of RMB 30 million. Yiyang Municipal People’s Government has thus become one of the major shareholders of Haihong.
