用国产平阳霉素(即博莱霉素A~5)气管内一次给药复制小白鼠肺间质纤维化模型,观察汉防己甲素对小鼠肺间质纤维化病理学发生发展的影响及超氧化物歧化酶[SOD]、血管紧张素转换酶[ACE]和羟脯氨酸[HyP]含量之变化,并与激素比较,结果表明:在本实验条件下,汉防己甲素对肺纤维化的形成及形成后的进一步发展均有不同程度的抑制作用。汉防己甲素和激素均可增加小鼠肺组织中SOD活力、降低肺组织中HyP含量及血清ACE含量。本实验还探讨了其可能的机制。
Pulmonary mesenchymal fibrosis model was made by intratracheal administration of domestic Pingyangmycin (ie bleomycin A ~ 5), and the effect of tetrandrine on pathological development of pulmonary interstitial fibrosis in mice was observed. SOD, [ACE] and hydroxyproline [HyP]) were measured and compared with hormones. The results showed that under the experimental conditions, the effect of tetrandrine on pulmonary fibrosis The formation and formation of further development have varying degrees of inhibition. Both tetrandrine and hormone increased SOD activity in the lung tissue of mice and decreased the content of HyP in lung tissue and serum ACE. This experiment also explored its possible mechanism.
