本文通过文献资料法、走访调查法、数据统计法,对竞技健美操难度动作不同组别的易损伤部位进行调查分析,主要涉及到12个身体部位的损伤。调查表明:难度动作中,从总体而以腕关节、肩关节、踝关节易损伤居多,分别占到所有易损伤部位次数的17%、17%、16%,其中C组——跳与跃的易损伤次数较多。通过对其总结,提出相应解决对策,以供在难度训练中尽可能避免不必要的损伤,为提要运动成绩创造有利空间。
In this paper, we investigate and analyze the vulnerable parts of different groups in the competitive aerobics movements through literature review, interview investigation and data statistics, which mainly involve the injury of 12 body parts.
