魔芋在产业发展中,长期无性繁殖导致种性退化和品质下降。利用魔芋杂交有性繁殖,是保持种性、品种定向培育和丰富遗传资源的有效途径。魔芋有性繁殖周期为4~5年,为提高杂交结实率,获得需要的杂交种子量,研究杂交种子繁育技术尤其必要。文章通过人工授粉试验,初步研究了不同授粉时期对花魔芋杂交结实率的影响。试验结果表明,魔芋开花第2天和上午9:00-10:00时是人工杂交授粉的最佳时期,有明显的杂交结实效果。
Konjac in industrial development, long-term asexual reproduction led to degeneration and degradation of quality. The article through artificial pollination experiment, initially studied the different pollination period flower Konjac hybrid seed setting rate. The results showed that the optimum flowering stage was 2 days and 9: 00-10: 00 amid the flowering of konjac and the obvious hybridization and fruiting effect.
