About 10% of patients with acute leukemia simply rely on morphological criteria to distinguish between acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). Although there are several special stains that may help identify, none are completely reliable. Many scholars have begun to search for “leukemia-related” antigens. However, little attention has been paid to the determination of normal antigens on leukemia cells. If there is a difference in the normal antigen concentration contained in the ALL and AML blast cells, it will help identify ALL and AML. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there are i antigens in ALL and AML blasts as well; if so, whether there is a difference in the i antigen content on these two types of blasts. Authors of 7 cases of AML, 6 cases
