目的:了解不同类型医疗卫生机构的医务工作者(HP)对药品不良反应(ADR)知识的认识情况。方法:研究采取整群抽样,对选定医疗单位内的HP通过调查问卷的形式,进行关于ADR知识的调查。结果:在调查的947名对象中,只有44.9%表示对以往所服用药物的ADR知道的比较清楚,人群对ADR发生的判断正确率在60%以上,绝大多数调查对象(占88.5%)表示ADR发生需要报告。整体认知得分,35～45岁年龄组得分最高(25.86±3.55),各年龄组得分有统计学差异(x2=21.73,P<0.05)。此外,不同级别医院HP的得分有统计学差异(x2=11.68,P<0.05)。结论:今后需要加强对各类医院HP关于ADR知识的学习和培训,提高ADR的认知水平。
Objectives: To understand the knowledge of medical workers (HP) about adverse drug reactions (ADR) knowledge in different types of healthcare institutions. METHODS: The study used cluster sampling to investigate the knowledge of ADR in the form of a questionnaire for selected HPs within a medical unit. Results: Among the 947 surveyed subjects, only 44.9% of respondents said that they knew more about the ADR of the medication they took in the past. The correct rate of ADR judgment in the population was over 60% and the majority of respondents (88.5%) said ADR occurs need to report. Overall cognitive score, 35-45 year-old age group scored the highest (25.86 ± 3.55), the age group scores were statistically significant (x2 = 21.73, P <0.05). In addition, there was a statistically significant difference in the scores of HP at different levels (x2 = 11.68, P <0.05). Conclusion: In the future, it is necessary to strengthen the study and training on knowledge about ADR in various hospitals and improve the cognition level of ADR.
