To do a good job in food hygiene in tourist areas is of great significance to safeguarding the health of tourists and developing tourism. To this end, the preliminary discussion on the food hygiene conditions and management measures in the tourist areas are as follows: I. Characteristics of the foods in the tourist areas Huangshan City is one of the eight major tourist destinations in China, and it is a Grade A open city. The transportation is very convenient, and the tourism resources of natural landscapes and cultural landscapes in the territory are very rich. The annual passenger flow volume reaches 800,000.
