主要介绍了一种新的Pd(Ⅱ)催化苄基C(sp~3)—H键直接功能化合成反应,制备了一系列芳酸苄基酯类产物.这类反应具有较高的官能团容忍性、较为宽泛的底物范围及相对较为温和的反应条件,同时底物中存在多个C(sp~3)—H键位点时能选择性构建目标产物,通过初步的控制实验提出了Pd(Ⅱ)/Pd(IV)的氧化偶联反应机理.
In this paper, a new Pd (Ⅱ) -catalyzed direct C (sp ~ 3) -H bond functionalization was reported to synthesize a series of aromatic benzyl esters with high functional group tolerance The results show that the target product can be selectively constructed when more than one C (sp ~ 3) -H bond exists in the substrate.
