和谐班集体建设是高职教育发展的必然要求,是构建和谐校园的有力保障,是推动高职院校思想政治教育的有力方向,抓好和谐班集体建设要坚持“以学生为本”管理理念,优化班集体育人环境;强化情感交流,促进师生和谐人际关系;开展丰富多彩活动,增强班级凝聚力和良好班风建设;重视对班级干部的选拔和培养,发挥好班级干部作用。
The construction of harmonious class is a necessary requirement for the development of higher vocational education, a strong guarantee for the construction of a harmonious campus, a strong direction for promoting ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges, a good example for the collective construction of harmonious classes.
