February 21, 2004, our editorial department received a letter from a rural primary school teacher. With his personal experience, the author presents us with a panoramic view of the living conditions of rural teachers living. The confusion in education and the pain of having to choose to leave have been impressed in the text, impressing every editor who saw the mail. After that, the 28-year-old outstanding teacher’s choice of leaving has become our constant concern. On June 28, 2004, the editor dialed the teacher’s phone and learned that he had left the podium two months after he finished writing this article. He said that the reason for writing this passage was that one wanted to give an account of his youth nine years of teaching career. Moreover, he also hoped to use his own experience to arouse the thoughts and concerns of some people or institutions. Experience, because of the real, so touching.
