目的 研究1 0 3Pd支架在冠状动脉组织中径向剂量率分布。方法 用AAPM6 0报告推荐的公式计算支架径向剂量率分布 ,并与32 P的径向剂量率分布做了比较。结果 1 0 3Pd支架的照射范围在支架内外表面 0 0 5cm之内 ,比32 P的范围小。结论 在剂量学上1 0 3Pd支架适用于治疗和预防冠状动脉再狭窄 ,并且能减少支架边缘再狭窄率。
Objective To investigate the radial dose rate distribution of 103Pd stent in coronary artery. Methods The radial dose rate distribution of the stent was calculated using the formula recommended by the AAPM 60 report and compared with the radial dose rate distribution of 32 P. Results 1 0 3Pd scaffold irradiation within the stent surface within 0 0 5cm, 32P smaller than the range. Conclusion The dosimetry 103Pd scaffold is suitable for the treatment and prevention of coronary artery restenosis and can reduce the rate of stent restenosis.
