以籼型谷秆两用稻 2 0 1 (稻草粗蛋白含量比一般品种高 1倍左右 ,稻谷产量、品质与一般推广品种相当的新型水稻 )的幼胚作为试验材料 ,研究了基本培养基、琼脂质量浓度、激素、继代次数、培养基有机成分的处理方法等对其愈伤组织分化频率的影响 ,探索了谷秆两用稻高频再生体系 .此外还比较了 2 0 1与其它籼稻品种相同发育时期的幼胚在相同培养基上诱导愈伤组织的差异 .结果表明 ,NB是较合适的基本培养基 ,NB+0 .0 5 mg· L- 1 NAA +2 mg· L- 1 6-BA是较合适的分化培养基 ;适当提高分化培养基琼脂质量浓度 ,减少继代培养次数 ,对培养基有机成分进行超过滤处理等均有利于愈伤组织的分化和植株再生
