中国最大的国有电信制造企业——中国邮电工业总公司(简称PTIC)在短短的4年时间内,亏损面由21%下降到7%。据英国《电讯周刊》1998年底公布的全球最大50家电信设备制造企业调查显示:PTIC排名第20位,比上一年度上升了8位。一个老的大型国有企业,何以能够跻身世界电信设备制造巨人的行列?怎样降低亏损面实现国企的群体突破?借牌立足 China National Posts and Telecommunications Corporation (PTIC), the country’s largest state-owned telecom company, lost more than 7% of its loss from 21% in just four years. According to a survey conducted by Telecommunications Weekly by the end of 1998, the world’s top 50 telecommunications equipment manufacturers showed that: PTIC ranked 20th, up 8 places from the previous year.
