近些年来,安徽省财政工作随着强化依法征管,深化财政改革,财政发展较快,财政实力大大增强。收支结构明显改善。在保证财政收入稳定增长的同时,安徽省委、省政府和省财政厅高度重视财政支出管理和改革工作,各级政府和财政部门在财政支出管理改革方面,进行了积极的探索,做了大量的工作。财政支出管理改革的不断深化,也为全面系统地推进公共财政支出改革奠定了基础,创造了条件。
In recent years, with the strengthening of tax administration in Anhui Province, the fiscal work in Anhui Province has deepened the fiscal reform, the rapid financial development and the substantial increase in financial strength. Revenue and expenditure structure improved significantly. While ensuring the steady growth of fiscal revenue, Anhui Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Department of Finance attached great importance to the management and reform of fiscal expenditure. Various levels of government and the financial departments conducted active exploration in the reform of fiscal expenditure management and made a large number of work. The continuous deepening of the reform of fiscal expenditure management also laid the foundation and created the conditions for the comprehensive and systematic promotion of public expenditure reform.
