在市场经济建设的过程中,我们离不开信用二字,信用是市场经济的基础.而企业的信用评价研究是建设信用社会的重要组成部分.房地产业作为社会主义市场经济建设中的一支特殊力量,其可持续发展需要信用,而其目前的信用状况却令人担忧,地产市场信用体系建设明显滞后.因此,我们有必要建立较为完善的地产市场信用体系,以促进该行业的健康发展.研究并建立切实可行的房地产企业的信用体系、评价方法不仅是促进该行业健康持续发展的基本,也是建立整个建筑业信用体系的重要组成部分.本文针对我国房地产行业发展的状况,对房地产信用和评价体系进行分析和探讨.
