绩效管理在国内诸多企业人力资源管理过程中已成为了一种必不可少的管理工具,绩效面谈被认为是绩效管理整个体系中最能够突出或产生价值的环节.但大部分企业还处于欠缺方法和技巧的阶段,有的甚至没有绩效面谈,也有的绩效面谈只是流于形式.这些情况导致绩效面谈没有在绩效管理过程中发挥其应有的积极作用.本文旨在分析其问题所在,并对绩效面谈存在的问题提出相关的对策,使绩效面谈能够真正为整个绩效管理过程发挥积极作用,从而为企业的人力资源管理,以及实现企业的整体目标提供最有力的保证.
