本刊从 1 996年第 1期至 1 997年第 6期连续 1 2期刊载了本刊特邀作者———全国技术制图标准化技术委员会主任强毅撰写的有关近几年我国发布的技术制图标准 (图幅、比例、字体、投影法、圆锥的尺寸和公差注法 )和机械制图国家标准 (螺纹及螺纹紧固件表示法 ,表面粗糙度符号、代号及其注法 ,动密封圈表示法 )的介绍文章 ,引起广大读者的关注和兴趣。首篇《制图标准的现状和发展》概述了我国技术制图国家标准的产生背景 ,勾画出了技术制图标准体系框架 ,阐明了制图标准的组成、特点及其发展方向。继对 8项标准介绍之后 ,本期《技术制图标准———设计标准化的基础》一文 ,通过从技术制图标准的设计应用体系和在产品的整个寿命周期中的作用 ,以及对小批量多品种生产模式的影响分析 ,阐述了技术制图及有关技术文件是产品开发和设计过程中不可缺少的技术依据和基础 ,是国际技术交流和贸易的共同语言 ,旨在引起大家对建立在网络技术的公共环境、技术环境及企业环境下的信息技术标准化及其对先进制造技术和管理现代化的深远影响有足够认识。希望读者能把学习本系列讲座的体会和意见反馈给我们
