(一) 通过对柴油机机油中微量元素的光谱分析,早期发现柴油机异常磨耗柴油机是内燃机车的“心脏”,它的工况好坏,对内燃机车的安全运用有极其重要的影响。为此,人们应用多种科学方法,来检测柴油机的磨耗动态,其中,通过机油中微量元素的发射光谱分析就是一种。机油是运动机械的“血液”。柴油机运转时,机油在主机油泵的作用下,流经柴油机各摩擦面,当这些摩擦面出现异常磨耗时,在机油中必然有反映。三年多来,我们利用发射光谱分析的方法先后对全段的近百台内燃机车的柴油机机油进行了两千余台次的分析,获得了
