目的:旨在探讨研究总结微波凝固治疗肝癌的可行性和近期疗效。方法:对14例肝癌病人行超声微波凝固治疗,实施一次性原位灭活肿瘤,通过治疗观察肿瘤大小、形态,内部回声改变及周边血供,病人自觉症状,进行综合对照分析。结果:14例肝癌经治疗15天、30天分别经超声及CT复查,15天后4例病人肿瘤体积缩小20%,30天后9例病人肿瘤体积缩小40%,1例病人为转移癌,治疗后腹腔出血,对症治疗后好转,13例与治疗前相对比,肿瘤缩小。瘤体内部及周边血供消失。结论:超声微波凝固治疗肝癌,安全可靠,治疗效果满意,对肝脏功能损害小,适应证广泛,能够一次原位灭活肿瘤。
Objective: To investigate the feasibility of microwave coagulation therapy for liver cancer and short-term efficacy. Methods: Fourteen cases of HCC patients underwent ultrasonic microwave coagulation therapy. One-time in-situ inactivation of tumor was performed. The tumor size, morphology, internal echo changes and peripheral blood supply and patient’s symptoms were observed and treated by comprehensive control analysis. Results: 14 cases of HCC were treated by ultrasound and CT respectively after 15 days and 30 days. After 15 days, the tumor volume of 4 patients was reduced by 20%. After 30 days, the tumor volume of 9 patients was reduced by 40% and 1 patient was metastatic carcinoma. Celiac bleeding, symptomatic improvement after treatment, 13 cases compared with before treatment, the tumor shrinks. Necrosis and the surrounding blood supply disappeared. Conclusion: Ultrasound microwave coagulation treatment of liver cancer, safe and reliable, satisfactory treatment effect, small damage to the liver function, a wide range of indications, capable of in situ inactivation of the tumor.
