1995年秋,我们对引进的10个结球生菜品种进行了品种比较试验,筛选出皇帝、大潮659两个优良品种。 一、试材与方法 (一)试材:(1)皇后 北京特菜公司;(2)太阳黑核 香港蔡兴利种子行有限公司;(3)爽脆 广州市菜科所;(4)美绿 广东省进出口公司;(5)大潮659 中国种子公司;(6)碧绿 香港粤林有限公司;(7)大湖白仁 香港蔡兴利种子行有限公司;(8)皇帝北京特菜公司;(9)凯撒 日米种苗株式会社;(10)奥林匹亚 日本米可多国际种子株式会社。 (二)方法:(1)试验在本所试验场进行,土壤为潮土(长江冲积壤)。试验采用随机区组设计,重复3次,共30个小区,小区面积5.6×1.2m~2,试验区周围设保护行,共用地320m~2。(2)试验于1995年8月8 日播种,9月9日移苗,播种及移苗均在混合基质床(炉渣:蛭石=3∶1体积比)进行,遮阳网遮阴育苗。9月19日定植,每小区栽3行,每行20株,每亩栽6000株,11月8日早熟品种进入始收期。田间管理同常规。
