目的:探讨清热消痰通腑汤对胸外科患者术后合并肺部感染的应用效果。方法:选取2013年6月—2015年5月期间本科收治的122例术后肺部感染患者为研究对象,并随机分为观察组和对照组,两组各61例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在此基础上加用清热消痰通腑汤,其是由千金苇茎汤合大承气汤加减而成。比较两组发热、咳痰、肺部啰音等临床症状体征消失时间、胸片中炎性病灶消失时间、住院时间及患者满意度,比较两组治疗1周后的临床疗效。结果:治疗后观察组临床症状体征消失时间、胸片中炎性病灶消失时间、住院时间均显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的临床疗效显著优于对照组,总有效率达到95.1%,显著高于对照组的82.0%(P<0.05)。观察组的患者满意度显著优于对照组,总满意率达到88.5%,显著高于对照组的68.9%(P<0.05)。结论:对于胸外科患者术后合并肺部感染患者,在常规治疗基础上加用清热化痰通腑汤能显著促进病情康复,提高疗效及患者的满意度,应用效果令人满意,值得推广应用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Qingre Xiaotan Tongfu Decoction on postoperative pulmonary infection in patients with thoracic surgery. Methods: A total of 122 patients with postoperative pulmonary infection admitted to our hospital from June 2013 to May 2015 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 61 cases in each group. The control group was given routine treatment. On the basis of this observation group, Qingfu Huatan Tongfu Decoction was added, which was made by adding and subtracting Qianjinwei Stem Decoction and Da Chengqi Decoction. The clinical symptoms such as fever, phlegm, pulmonary rales disappeared in two groups, the disappearance of inflammatory lesions in chest X-ray, length of hospital stay and patient satisfaction were compared between two groups after 1 week of treatment. Results: After treatment, the disappearance time of clinical symptoms and signs, disappearance time of inflammatory lesions and hospital stay in observation group were significantly shorter than those in control group (P <0.05). The clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, the total effective rate was 95.1%, significantly higher than 82.0% of the control group (P <0.05). Patient satisfaction in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group, with a total satisfaction rate of 88.5%, significantly higher than that of the control group (68.9%, P <0.05). Conclusion: For patients with postoperative thoracic surgery complicated with lung infection, adding Qingre Huatan Tongfu Decoction on the basis of routine treatment can significantly promote the recovery of the disease, improve the curative effect and patient satisfaction, and the application effect is satisfactory, which is worthy of popularization and application .
