民族团结是和谐族际关系的本质需求,而文化是一个族群认同的重要基础,因此,文化多样性背景下的涵化心理和族际关系是本研究的重要内容。通过发放“青少年文化心理适应”问卷,使用定量的方法对汉族学生样本进行调查研究。研究发现,涵化行为与文化多样性有显著相关;汉族学生涵化的两种行为对多元文化观、外来人口态度和受歧视感的预测能力较强。因此,我们需要在文化上求同存异,在文化学习中要加大民族团结的教育。
National unity is the essential demand of harmonious inter-ethnic relations, and culture is an important basis for ethnic identity. Therefore, the cultural psychology and inter-ethnic relations under the background of cultural diversity are the important contents of this study. Through the issuance of the “Youth Cultural Psychology Adaptation” questionnaire, a quantitative method was used to conduct a survey of Han students’ samples. The study found that there was a significant correlation between cultivation behavior and cultural diversity. The two behaviors of Han nationality cultivation were more predictive of multiculturalism, attitudes of foreign population and discrimination. Therefore, we need to seek common ground while reserving differences in culture and to increase education of national unity in cultural studies.
