构建和谐的代际关系,需要改变传统文化传递模式,深入推进文化反哺,即由年轻一代将新时代的知识和技能传递给他们的长辈,使长辈更能适应新时代的变化。在文化反哺中,年长一代要主动与年轻一代互动;年轻一代要充分尊重年长一代,耐心细致、不遗余力地传递自己所掌握的新知识;社会要为文化反哺营造氛围、提供条件、搭建平台。
To build a harmonious intergenerational relationship needs to change the mode of traditional cultural transmission and deepen cultural feedback, that is, the younger generation should pass on the knowledge and skills of the new era to their elders so that the elders can better adapt to the changes of the new era. In cultural nurturing, the older generation should take the initiative to interact with the younger generation. The younger generation should fully respect the older generation and patiently and spared no effort in passing on the new knowledge they possess. The community should create conditions for cultural nurturing, provide conditions and build a platform .
