Founded in June 1998, Hunan Power Logistics Services Co., Ltd. (HELC) is principally engaged in the transportation of large-sized goods, dangerous goods, general cargo, freight forwarding, railway, road and waterway transportation services, transportation technical consultation, warehousing, Repair, taxi service. The company has obtained four types of large cargo transport and dangerous goods transport Ministry of Transportation qualifications, the Ministry of Railways railway dangerous goods shipper qualification, the former State Power Company’s large-scale transport general contracting Class A qualification and the former Ministry of Machinery Industry’s large Class A general contracting transportation qualifications. The company has established and perfected the management system of quality, environment, occupational health and safety and perfect management mechanism.
