基于知识视角,团队知识整合过程可视为团队知识运作过程,可划分为贡献知识和组合知识两个阶段,以推动知识整合的理论研究。在此基础上,把影响团队知识整合的关键因素分为团队环境和组合能力两个方面,并认为它们分别对贡献知识和组合知识起关键作用。指出只有团队环境和组合能力搭配良好的团队知识整合才能获得成功,针对知识整合过程不同阶段存在的问题,管理策略应是不同的。
Based on the knowledge perspective, the process of team knowledge integration can be regarded as the process of team knowledge operation. It can be divided into two stages of contribution knowledge and combination knowledge to promote the theoretical study of knowledge integration. On this basis, the key factors that influence the team’s knowledge integration are divided into two aspects: the team environment and the combination ability, and they are respectively considered to play a key role in contributing knowledge and combining knowledge. It points out that only team environment and teamwork ability can be combined successfully with team knowledge integration. In view of the problems in different stages of knowledge integration, management strategies should be different.
