《劳动合同法》的颁布实施必将对企业人力资源管理产生深远影响。为了维护劳动者和企业双方的合法权益,构建和谐稳定的劳动关系,本文主要从八个方面分析了企业人力资源管理如何适应《劳动合同法》。
The promulgation and implementation of the Labor Contract Law will have a profound impact on the human resources management of enterprises. In order to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of both workers and enterprises, and to build a harmonious and stable labor relationship, this paper analyzes how to adapt the Human Resources Management of Enterprises to Labor Contract Law from eight aspects.
