针对纸质密封垫厚度分选课题,在比较分析几种厚度测量方法的基础上,选定激光三角测厚方法,并简要阐述了该方法的原理,推导了有关公式。用最小二乘法建立了该厚度分选系统的数学模型,给出了实验结果,展望了应用前景。
Aiming at the problem of thickness selection of paper gaskets, based on the comparative analysis of several thickness measurement methods, the laser triangulation thickness measurement method is selected. The principle of the method is briefly described and the relevant formulas are deduced. The mathematic model of the thickness sorting system is established by the least squares method. The experimental results are given and the application prospects are prospected.
