建筑施工单位的现场管理水平关系到项目的工期和质量,而现场管理中最为重要的就是即时管理工作。笔者在进行本次研究的过程中,首先分析了研究的背景,然后列举了一个典型的管理失职导致事故的案例,然后有针对性地提出了四条加强建筑施工现场即时管理的措施,为推动即时管理工作有效进行提出建议,也为推动建筑项目高质量地完成提出了可供参考和实践的方向。
The construction management unit’s on-site management level is related to the construction period and quality of the project. The most important point in on-site management is immediate management. In the process of this study, the author firstly analyzes the background of the study and then cites a typical case of accident caused by negligence of management. Then it puts forward four measures to strengthen the real-time management of construction site in order to promote immediate Management work effectively to make recommendations, but also to promote the completion of high-quality construction projects put forward for reference and practice direction.
