小麦愈伤组织的诱导频率在小麦花药组培中有着极其重要的作用。本文探讨了三种温度处理(低温处理、包括预处理和后处理;高温后处理;低温预处理和高温后处理两者的配合处理)对春小麦愈伤组织的诱导频率后发现;多数品系的接种穗在4℃冰箱内进行三~六天的低温预处理,能够提高出愈率,预处理超过六天,大部分花粉都已过了最佳接种时期,使出愈率下降。低温预处理的诱导效果明显地要比低温后处理的好。接种后的花药经过六~九天的高温后处理,出愈率可比对照提高二──四倍。并且综合两年的结果比较了低温预处理,高温后处理,以及低温预处理和高温后处理两者配合的出愈率,发现高温后处理的诱导效果最好,低温预处理的效果相对较差,两者配合作用的效果处于两个单独处理之间。最后讨论了花药经短期较高温度培养对白苗率的影响。
The induction frequency of wheat callus plays an extremely important role in wheat anther culture.
