本文主要介绍在空泡水筒研究模型空化噪声时,水听器安装方式,压力和水中空气含量对噪声测量的影响。 通过对两种不同安装方式的噪声测量比较,指出水听器在安装时必须避免设备振动的直接传递,以便得到比较低的背景噪声。 另外,螺旋桨试验从噪声测量角度而言应在定压下进行空泡模拟,以便减小压力变化所带来的影响和修正。试验证实水中自由气体含量不仅影响螺旋桨的空泡起始,而且对螺旋桨的空泡噪声频谱有很重要的影响。指出监视试验段水中自由气体含量变化的必要性,并对监测方法作了介绍。
This article mainly introduces the influence of the installation mode of hydrophone, the pressure and the air content in water on the noise measurement when the cavitation noise of the model cavity is studied. By comparing the noise measurements of two different installation methods, it is pointed out that hydrophone must avoid direct transmission of equipment vibration during installation, so as to obtain relatively low background noise. In addition, the propeller test should be carried out at a constant pressure from the point of view of noise measurement to simulate cavitation in order to reduce the effects of pressure changes and corrections. The experiment confirmed that the content of free gas in water not only affects the initial void formation of propeller, but also has an important influence on the noise spectrum of propeller. The necessity of monitoring the variation of free gas content in the test section is pointed out. The monitoring methods are also introduced.
