在八十年代初期,随着农村出现“科学热”而办起了一批科技报。据全国报刊调查统计,全国科技报1981年为38家,到1985年已发展到160家,除一部分属专业报纸或面向城市读者外,绝大多数以农村读者为对象。它们在普及科学知识、破除迷信,传播实用技术、促进农业生产和农村经济发展中起了重要作用。但是,随着农村改革的深入发展,农民需求的变化,进入1986年以来,全国大多数科技报的发行量出现了下降趋势。报纸发行量下降,虽然原因是多方面的,但是,在一定程度上反映了报纸的质量问题。我认为科技报在发展中确实遇到了新问题,这就是随着农村经济的发展,农村产业已由种植业为主逐步向多元结构转化;农业的常规种植技术已基本普及,读者的需要向多方面、多层次转化。而大多数科技报对这种变化,认识和转变得不快,宣传报道内容调整得不及时、不理想。为了适应农村发展的新形势,提高科技报质量,我认为需要注意解决以下几个问题: 一、要经常深入调查研究农村经济发展的
In the early 1980s, a number of science and technology newspapers were set up with the emergence of “science fever” in rural areas. Conventional planting techniques for agriculture have been basically popularized, Aspects, multi-level conversion. Most science and technology newspaper on this change, awareness and change unpleasant, propaganda and reporting content adjustment is not timely, not ideal.
