As Vaughanl pointed out in a chapter in Campbell’s urology in 1986, it is not surprising that the precise definition of hypertension is not the same. In order to meet the actual needs, WHO considers the systolic blood pressure of adults to be 160 mmHg and the diastolic blood pressure to 95 as the normal height. In children, the maximum is 130/80 between 12 and 15 years old. For persistent hypertension, the measurement must be repeated before the assessment, the height of blood pressure and morbidity and mortality have a certain relationship. Nonetheless, there are differences of opinion regarding the effect of mild hypertension treatment.
