本文采用亲和组化检测法对54例大肠癌标本,进行雌激素受体(ER)测定,结果发现ER的阳性率为87%。54例大肠癌标本按组织学分型,ER阳性率分别为高分化腺癌+中分化腺癌组88%,低分化腺癌+粘液癌组86%(P>0.5)。54例大肠癌Dukes’分期,ER阳性率分别为A+B期79%,C+D期96%(P>0.1)。54例大肠癌按性别、年龄分组,44例男性中ER阳性率86%,10例女性中,ER阳性率90%(P>0.5);28例>50岁中,ER阳性率82%,26例≤50岁中,ER阳性率92%(P>0.25)。以上结果提示:(1)大肠癌也属于雌激素依赖性肿癌,对大肠癌ER阳性的患者,抗雌激素辅助治疗将有良好的前景;(2)ER含量与大肠癌Dukes’分期可能相关,即分期晚含量高,反之则低;(3)ER含量与大肠癌分化程度,男女性别及患者的年龄暂未发现相关性。
In this paper, 54 cases of colorectal cancer were measured by affinity and histochemical assay. The results showed that the positive rate of ER was 87%. In 54 cases of colorectal cancers, histological types were classified. The positive rates of ER were 88% in well-differentiated adenocarcinomas + moderately differentiated adenocarcinomas, and 86% in poorly differentiated adenocarcinomas + mucinous carcinomas (P>0.5). In 54 cases of Dukes’ stage of colorectal cancer, the positive rates of ER were 79% in the A+B period and 96% in the C+D period (P>0.1). 54 cases of colorectal cancer were grouped according to gender and age. The positive rate of ER was 86% in 44 men, and the positive rate of ER was 90% in 10 women (P>0.5). In 28 cases>50 years old, the ER positive rate was 82%. 26 Cases ≤ 50 years old, ER positive rate of 92% (P> 0.25). The above results suggest that: (1) Colorectal cancer is also an estrogen-dependent tumor, and anti-estrogen adjuvant therapy will have good prospects for patients with ER-positive colorectal cancer; (2) ER content may be related to Dukes’ stage of colorectal cancer. , that is, the content is high in the late stage, and vice versa is low; (3) ER content and the degree of differentiation of colorectal cancer, gender and age of the patient have not yet found correlation.
