通过对陕西省贫困地区项目学校校长、骨干教师的调查,分析探讨整个培训工作是否达到预期效果,受训教师是否能够承担起项目设备的管理、使用和维护任务,是否能保证扶贫示范工程项目的有效运行,以及培训项目对各示范学校今后信息技术的应用水平和教育教学水平的提高将会产生哪些持久的、间接的作用等方面的问题。客观总结项目成功及不足之处,探讨后续工作的重点和农村现代远程教育发展的思路。
