目的了解郑州市二七区居民死因构成,为制定疾病控制工作重点提供依据。方法对二七区2007～2009年居民死亡谱,潜在寿命损失年数等指标进行分析。结果二七区2007～2009年平均死亡率为360.59/10万,标化率为382.98/10万。前3位死因为循环系统疾病、恶性肿瘤、呼吸系统疾病。居民全死因PYLL率为65.34‰,男性高于女性,男、女性的寿命损失以恶性肿瘤、意外伤害和循环系统疾病为主。结论影响二七区居民健康和寿命的主要疾病是恶性肿瘤、循环系统疾病和意外伤害,今后应采取切实可行的措施加强对这3种疾病的综合防治。
Objective To understand the composition of causes of death of residents in Erqi district of Zhengzhou City and provide basis for formulating the key points of disease control. Methods The death spectrum and the number of years of potential life lost in 2007 from 2009 to 2009 in Erqi district were analyzed. Results The average death rate in Erqi district from 2007 to 2009 was 360.59 / 100000 with standardization rate of 382.98 / 100000. The first three deaths due to circulatory diseases, cancer, respiratory diseases. Residents of all causes of death PYLL rate of 65.34 ‰, males than females, males and females, the loss of life expectancy, malignant tumors, accidental injuries and circulatory diseases dominated. Conclusion The main diseases affecting the health and longevity of residents in Erqi district are malignant tumors, circulatory diseases and accidental injuries. In the future, practical measures should be taken to strengthen the comprehensive prevention and control of these three diseases.
