随着我国人口结构老龄化趋势的凸显,国家和有关部门采取积极的措施,促进老年事业的发展,只有这样才会更好的构建和谐社会。近年来,离退休职工队伍的逐渐增大,在新的形势下做好退休职工的思想政治工作已经不容忽视。本文首先简要地介绍了做好退休职工思想政治工作的必要性,在此基础上着重阐述了做好退休职工思想政治工作的主要措施,以期为有关部门在进行退休职工思想政治工作时提供一些参考和建议。
