目的探讨人结直肠肿瘤组织中胃肠富集Kr櫣ppel样因子(KLF4)的表达及其意义。方法采用组织微阵列结合免疫组织化学染色和Westernblot检测经病理专家确认40例癌旁正常结直肠黏膜、7例腺瘤和77例结直肠癌组织中KLF4蛋白的表达,分析KLF4表达与临床病理因素间的关系。结果KLF4在结直肠肿瘤组织中的表达率为76.62%(59/77),其中弱阳性率53.25%(41/77),强阳性率为23.38%(18/77),癌旁形态学正常的结直肠黏膜可见KLF4高表达;强阳性率在正常黏膜、腺瘤、高分化、中分化癌中分别为57.5%、57.14%、37.5%、21.4%,低分化癌无强阳性表达,其表达率与肿瘤分化程度显著相关(Р<0.01)。此外,KLF4表达与患者性别、年龄、肿瘤位置、浸润深度、是否转移、大体类型以及临床Dukes分期无显著相关(P>0.05)。结论KLF4在结直肠肿瘤中表达下调,与其病理分级呈负相关,提示KLF4可能参与了结直肠肿瘤的发生及发展过程。
Objective To investigate the expression of Krf ppel-like factor (KLF4) in human colorectal tumor and its significance.
